Born in the United States and coordinating projects around the world, Carlos has accumulated a considerable body of knowledge in the education sector. Carlos joined Pavoni Studio team as a Strategic Partner in Education, developing interior design and consulting services for learning environments. His expertise in educational development is the foundation of strategic partnerships in Romania and other European regions with high potential in the industry. Former Sales Director for America and Western Europe, Carlos has worked for top educational institutions and multinational companies in the education sector, where he has built his career for more than a decade, taking a variety of roles in different departments of secondary schools, English and higher education.
Carlos has a degree in International Business Management from both the UK and Spain and is a native bilingual English and Spanish speaker. He is passionate about aesthetics, ‘Organizational Behavior’ and considers that quality education is essential for a successful career.
