Andreea is a Senior Trainer, Coach and Perceptual Development Specialist who joined the Pavoni Studio team as a Senior Training & Learning Consultant. After 8 years of supporting development programs for multinational companies in various industries (IT and Technology, Production, FMCG, Automotive, Media, Finance-Banking, Pharma, Logistics, Telecom, etc.), Andreea feels the greatest joy and satisfaction when students become aware that we always have countless possibilities, if only we maintain ourselves curios and we grow and communicate authentically with the people around us.
Her vast experience of coordinating and delivering hundreds of training programs in various locations throughout Romania (from conference rooms in hotels, co-working spaces in hubs, meeting rooms and private spaces), makes Andreea extremely knowledgeable in the learning environments design, by directly monitoring the impact of these spaces on the performance and efficiency of users.
Graduated from the International Economic Relations at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and Business Economics at the University of Auvergne, France, Andreea holds training certifications Process Communication Model – Kahler Communications and Perceptual Development – CERAP France; she is also certified in training for Mastering your Personal Leadership, High Impact Presentations and Emotional Assertiveness.
